We supply a variety of imported devices to suit your budget and requirements. All Devices are so uniquely designed that they are completely contamination-free; due to the fact most of their operational parts are detachable and are either autoclavable or disposable. Accessories and supplies are individually packed and sterilized via Gamma ray with 1st grade materials. The lightweight, whisper quiet state-of-the-art devices are like a pen, perfectly suited to perform permanent make-up with complete ease and confidence.
The pigments, exclusive to Our Secret, are of superior, uncompromised quality and are unique in the fact that they are not a liquid or dye, which can fade, bleed or cause a reaction. They are dry and stable particles in suspension, the latest in Permanent Make-up internationally.
The pigment will last for approx 5-8 years and will gradually fade over that time until no pigment is visible. No scarring will be left beneath the pigment, and the colour can be altered at any time.
In training, we work together to build confidence and perfection in your ability. No student will leave without being proficient at all procedures; even if extra days are required, which is seldom the case. SPCP membership is urged on completion of the course to further aide your qualification on an international basis. Every two years we insist you do a one day refresher update to renew your skills with new ideas and trends gained from the USA SPCP conference. We visit this conference annually and bring back knowledge for our students saving them the cost of travelling to the states but enabling them to remain on the cutting edge of their profession. A local conference is held in JHB every year shortly after the international one.

PROFESSIONAL BACKROUND:
The principal trainer, Lisa Jarvis, has been involved in the field of Beauty therapy since 1990 and an accredited trainer for 16 years and has completed over 1200 hours of training each year. Qualifications:

STUDENT GUIDELINES
• The student must be 18 years of age or older.
• Matric qualification or equivalent.
• An affiliation to the health and/or beauty industry preferred. Applicants without this background, however, will be considered.
CLASSROOM GUIDELINES
Each location maintains a sanitary manner, including physical cleanliness and aseptic environment.
• Pre-sterilised, single use needles and attachments are used with proper disposal of all "sharps" and soft goods. In accordance to OSHA and CDC guidelines USA.
• All products and their ingredients are Imported from reputable International suppliers and ingredient approved by the FDA (USA).
• Trainer does not oversee multiple procedures simultaneously during initial instruction of procedures.
• Hot and cold running water on site.
TRAINING GUIDELINES
We do not Instruct on any machinery that cannot be dissembled and disinfected in a satisfactory manner in accordance to OSHA and CDC guidelines USA
• Medical history, client information forms are kept for a minimum of 5 years
• Complete procedure demonstrated by trainer prior to student application.
• Individualized one on one practical sessions
• Each student has individual and fully equipped procedure stations
• Strict procedures of disinfection adhered to at all times
• Gamma ray sterilized, single use sharps
• Products used are disposed after each client
• PPE supplied by the training facility ie The use of protective gloves
• Files with trainee evaluations, photo's and time sheets are kept for a minimum of 5 years.
• Only new, individually wrapped, sterile needles are used for each procedure.
• Accredited certificates and Diplomas are awarded to all successful trainees. Extra training sessions are available to all trainees until course criteria are successfully met.
The trainer is always available for postgraduate support!
We pride ourselves in taking care of all our Trainees and assisting them wherever possible, as well as updating their knowledge on a continuous basis. Once training is complete the will be available to you via telephone or e-mail should any queries about individuals arise.
